Amazon and some E-commerce companies discontinued 7 days return policy. Amazon updated its return policy to replacement policy. If a customer buys a product that is not returnable, only a replacement will occur. Now Amazon has introduced a new feature called ” Do Trail & Buy Mobile”. This service is especially important for customers because it allows them to purchase the product after the trail period.

• There is an option to pay Rs.149 Rupees.

• If you pay Rs.149 rupees, then Amazon executive will take the mobile for you.

• You can use it for 20 minutes. If you buy this mobile within seven days, 149 rupees will be credited in your amazon pay balance account.

• Within seven days, they will retain Rs.149 rupees as a service charge if you don’t purchase this phone.
